Absolutely. Names, dates, quotes and special wording can all be incorporated into your design.
No. After you place your order, we will contact you to check the names, spelling, dates, wording and any supplied keepsakes or photographs before production begins. This is a check of the details you supplied, not a separate design-approval stage. Once those details are confirmed, production begins and we will notify you when your order is dispatched.
Yes. Any keepsakes that aren't used within your design will be returned with your completed order unless requested otherwise.
Turnaround times vary depending on demand, but we'll always provide an estimated completion date when confirming your order.
